The story of Bouya Harumichi continues as he faces Rindaman - an incredibly strong fighter with a notorious reputation, and their encounter results in an epic fight with a rather unusual outcome. Later, several guys from Suzuran High School decide to set up a gang with Bouya as their leader; however, Bouya doesn't care about gangs or leadership because he prefers to live the way he wants and simply enjoy life.
