Kariyuki Mai is a singer-songwriter born June 28, 1981 in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. She started singing and playing the piano at the age of three. She was part of a five-man band between fifth grade of elementary school and third grade of high-school where she played the drums. Later she was part of a gospel choir.
Kariyuki made her professional debut with Ikkitousen: Dragon Destiny.
