Maeda Minoru was born March 24, 1954 in Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan. He is an animator and character designer. He was previously a member of Studio Junio, ing them after graduation as animator in 1970. In 1981 he made his debut as character designer.
He left the studio in 1998 and was one of the founding of Synergy Japan, where he stayed as board member afterwards.
